Kandor Management Corp. announced Monday it has appointed Tim Grose as chief revenue officer.

Burnaby, B.C.-based Kandor’s brands include Guardteck Security (a provider of security guard services, mobile security, systems integration and security consulting) and EverClean (janitorial and maintenance services).

Grose is based in Toronto. His previous roles during his more than 25 years in the security industry include vice-president of sales at Allied Universal and vice-president of sales at G4S Secure Solutions Canada (G4S was acquired by Allied Universal in 2021). Prior to that, he was area sales manager for Tyco Integrated Fire & Security.

Kandor recently expanded into Ontario with the acquisition of Toronto-based Fitch Security Integration — a provider of electronic security systems, design and installation services, and ULC monitoring — last September.

“We are very excited to have Tim join our team. Tim brings an outstanding track record as an executive who has successfully scaled organizations focusing on security guarding, integration and other service offerings across North America,” said Seth Fruson, president and CEO, Kandor, in a statement. “His extensive experience, diversified sales background and knowledge of the service industry will be a considerable asset at Guardteck, EverClean and Fitch as we look to solidify our position as the premier service provider in the industries we serve.”

“The opportunity to join Seth Fruson and his senior leadership team in this capacity will allow our company to continue on an accelerated growth path,” added Grose. “With recent acquisitions in Ontario, the company is poised to introduce their high standards in service to new customers.”
